Regen8 joined hands with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) again for the promotion of two new regimes. The project aimed at introducing the Investor Identification Regime (HKIDR) at trading level for the securities market in Hong Kong and the over-the-counter securities transaction reporting regime (OTCR) for shares listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) through creating interactive videos.
Regen8 worked closely with SFC Supervision of Markets Team to develop the content and direction of the videos, providing end-to-end solutions for the entire video production process including on-site shooting, video editing and motion graphic design.
The HKIDR is expected to be launched in the later part of Q4 2022 at the earliest and the OTCR in the later part of Q2 2023 at the earliest. The videos will be able to arouse awareness of the public and support the implementation of the two regimes.
