Richard Leung

Richard Leung joined HKEX in October 2011. He is currently the Deputy Group Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer. In his position, Mr Leung assists Group CIO in Group-wide oversight of information technology management and platform development. He is also responsible for all technology matters in Hong Kong.

Mr Leung has worked with exchange and financial sector technology over the past two decades. Prior to joining HKEx, Mr Leung was the Chief Technology Officer for Chi-X Global. Mr Leung joined Chi-X Global in conjunction with Chi-X Global’s 2008 acquisition of Cicada. Prior to joining Cicada, Mr Leung held a 14-year career with Dow Jones Telerate in the Asia Pacific region, where he served in various senior technical positions.

Clement Chiu

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Clement has held various technical and managerial positions with a few system integrators and vendors, including IBM, ASL and JOS.

Prior to joining PCCW Solutions, Clement was the Head of Service Delivery at JOS. He led a team which delivered a wide spectrum of services including mid-range/Wintel servers & desktops, IPT, networking, PABX and Call Centre solutions. Clement holds a MBA degree and a BSc degree in Computing Studies.

Man has over 14 years of experience with EMC in various positions across professional services, Greater China Solutions Center, managed services and Presales engineering in EMC Hong Kong, China and Australia.

Prior to joining EMC, Man had vast experience in both in-house regional position and vendor, Oracle, as database consulting position with in-depth database expertise and ERP implementation.

Man is also a regular speaker at a wide range of seminars and events in various IT topics including IoT, Big Data, Cloud Technologies and Infrastructure Solutions.

As a solution architect manager of Red Hat, he and his team are evangelists of open source, from U2L to cloud enablement, bringing the true value of open source to enterprises.

Kev joined Check Point Software Technologies since 2012 and currently represents Check Point within Hong Kong and Macau. He has over 8 years of experience in IT security industry and always brings insights to drive IT security industry. Kev is also a speaker in various media interviews and events. He is passionate about cyber security, keeping track of new security trend and landscape and conducting workshops on different IT-related topics.
