Empowering SJM to Elevate Customer Experience at
Grand Lisboa Palace with Professional Audio Systems
Company Overview
SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) is one of the six concessionaires in Macau, authorised by the Government of the Macau Special Administrative Region to operate casinos and gaming areas. Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau (“Grand Lisboa Palace”), SJM’s integrated resort on Cotai, opened its doors to the public on 30 July 2021, offering luxury hotel rooms and suites, fine and casual dining, gaming, shopping, wellness and spa facilities, as well as event spaces.
Challenges
SJM planned to offer new luxury experience to visitors, celebrating Macau’s East-meets-West cross-cultural heritage at their new resort, Grand Lisboa Palace. With the opening of the resort in 2021, SJM required a partner to develop comprehensive audio systems across different zones in the resort for providing seamless experience and maintaining high quality hospitality services.

PCCW Solutions has supported the design and development of the public address and background music system with over 20,000 ceiling speakers installed in various zones of the resort, covering an area of over half a million square meters.
