Challenges

Gammon was engaged to construct Phase II of the temporary quarantine facilities at Penny’s Bay in Lantau Island within a 90-day contract period, comprising over 700 habitable units from 44 houses. Gammon needed a trusted partner with proven track record in provision of integrated smart construction and ELV systems to ensure workplace safety and monitor the progress of this fast-track construction project.
