Challenges

Nuance-Watson (HK) would like to introduce more interactivity into its electronics stores – Sound & Vision Enriching Life stores, which are located in the restricted area of HKIA. The location induced challenges with limited time to convert shoppers into buyers, high level of radio and electrical noises at the airport, as well as the presence of metallic equipments within the electronic shops affecting system performance.

The station instantly displays complete product details with promotion information and product trailers, enabling staff to make product recommendations and collect data for analysis.

Sound & Vision Enriching Life stores reported a measurable increase in visitors, who were attracted by the dynamic graphics, found the kiosk easy to use and enjoyed being able to compare mobile phone models with accessories recommendation.
