Vanke Hong Kong (Vanke) is established outside Mainland China by China Vanke Company Limited as the management platform for investment, financing and property development activities.


Vanke launches its first wholly-owned residential property – Le Pont in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong. With an initiative that marks its first major residential project in Hong Kong, Vanke would like to drive sales of Le Pont with more than 1,100 apartments, meet increasing expectations of residents and create compelling value propositions by introducing the smart home concept to differentiate Vanke amongst competitors.

As the first large-scale residential project of Vanke Hong Kong, Le Pont emphasises balance between architectural aesthetics and functionality, including a smart living concept. We are pleased to cooperate with PCCW Solutions to provide the Infinitum Visum smart mirror for all units in Le Pont. This empowered our flats with upgraded home facilities, a new connected living style with convenience and comfort.

PCCW Solutions designs and implements Infinitum Visum, an internet-connected mirror with an interactive high-definition touch screen combined with a pre-loaded suite of applications for Le Pont. Infinitum Visum not only serves as a full-length mirror but also a video door-phone system for access control. PCCW Solutions customises the app launcher to support third parties’ external system integration, enabling residents to easily manage daily routines, receive news and reserve clubhouse facilities, etc.
